‘How to Present’ Training by Maximum Life Group for Employees of PT Indocipta Wisesa
On August 3, 2024, Maximum Life Group held a 'How to Present' training, also known as 'Presentation Skills Training,' attended by employees from PT Indocipta Wisesa. This training is designed to enhance participants' presentation skills, both in effectively conveying ideas to internal teams and in interacting with clients.

This training is divided into two main sessions: a theory session and a practical session, led by Ms Ester Minarni, a speaker who is an expert in communication and business presentations. With a comprehensive approach, Ms. Ester provided valuable insights and skills for the participants.

In the theory session, Ms. Ester Minarni discussed several key points to consider in a presentation:
- Assembling a Structured Presentation: Participants were taught how to design a presentation with a logical and engaging flow, starting with a strong opening, delivering clear main points, and ending with a memorable conclusion. A well-structured format is considered the fundamental foundation for creating an effective presentation.
- Optimal use of Visual Media: In this session, Ms. Ester explained the importance of using visual aids such as slides, graphs, and videos to clarify the message being conveyed. Participants also received tips on how to create informative yet engaging slides without overloading them.
- Verbal and Non-Verbal Communication: Communication techniques involving voice, intonation, and body language, such as eye contact and hand gestures, were also discussed. Ms. Ester emphasized the importance of alignment between what is said and how it is delivered to build trust and connection with the audience.

After receiving theoretical training, participants were immediately given the opportunity to practice what they had learned. In addition, participants were trained to handle questions and objections from the audience, particularly from the customer's perspective. They learned how to respond professionally, show empathy, and manage the discussion effectively to achieve positive outcomes.
Ms. Ester Minarni provided direct feedback after each presentation, offering tips to improve delivery techniques, enhance communication clarity, and manage pressure when facing a critical audience.
This training was met with high enthusiasm from the participants.
