\nAfter the presentation session, participants were invited to engage in an ice-breaking activity aimed at easing the atmosphere. This activity involved a few light games that helped participants feel more comfortable for the upcoming sessions. The ice-breaking also encouraged participants to interact more with both their peers and the speaker, enriching their learning experience.<\/p>\n
Simulation and Group Discussion
\nAfter the ice-breaking session, participants were divided into small groups to conduct a negotiation simulation. In this simulation, each group was asked to practice what they had learned, such as active listening techniques, asking open-ended questions, and finding mutually beneficial solutions. The group discussions were highly interactive, with each participant offering input and feedback to one another.<\/p>\n
