Bank Sinarmas hosted the RMDP Training Batch 3 on December 6, 2024. The training was conducted in a hybrid format, combining in-person sessions and online meetings via Zoom. It was attended by dozens of participants from the East Java and Bali regional offices, as well as representatives from East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) and West Nusa Tenggara (NTB). The event was held in collaboration with Maximum Life Group (MLG) and carried the theme “Negotiation Skills,” which is highly relevant to today’s business world.

The event began with a warm welcome from the Bank Sinarmas committee, highlighting the purpose of the training: to enhance participants' managerial skills, particularly in negotiation, which is essential in the professional world. After the opening remarks, the event was officially handed over to Maximum Life Group (MLG), the partner responsible for executing this training program. ,The President Director of MLG, Mrs. Ester Minarni, was entrusted as the main speaker to guide participants through the Negotiation Skills training. After the presentation session, participants were invited to engage in an ice-breaking activity aimed at easing the atmosphere. This activity involved a few light games that helped participants feel more comfortable for the upcoming sessions. The ice-breaking also encouraged participants to interact more with both their peers and the speaker, enriching their learning experience.
Simulation and Group Discussion
After the ice-breaking session, participants were divided into small groups to conduct a negotiation simulation. In this simulation, each group was asked to practice what they had learned, such as active listening techniques, asking open-ended questions, and finding mutually beneficial solutions. The group discussions were highly interactive, with each participant offering input and feedback to one another.

The training session concluded with a Q&A session, where participants had the opportunity to ask Mrs. Ester Minarni about the various challenges they face in daily negotiations. Afterward, the event continued with a virtual group photo session, serving as a memorable keepsake for all participants.
